Surface is a little slow considering there's not a whole lot of customers but their attitude is good the food is always delicious

The wait staff here are very nice and welcoming, they made the experience worthwhile. The fritter was great that I had but the reason for the loss of a star was the Blondie that my friend had needed to be sent back because it was so bad. The wait staff was very nice about it and comped us for it, but still needs to be mentioned. Overall a good experience for a chat with a good friend

They've always been consistent when I order for delivery. We usually get the bourban chicken and shrimp (bomb) and the pasta with BBQ chicken (fave). Before covid we used to get the perfect margarita best margarita I've had although I don't feel comfortable dining in yet. But I wish they could deliver the margarita to our house lol

We went on a Sunday morning. It was pretty empty and there were several waiters roaming around messing with tables. We had start walking to a table to seat ourselves before anyone even greated us. Other than that the food and service was good.

Meat looked like it was a week old, and tasted like it was a week old, so my conclusion is that it was a week old. They also forgot the coleslaw. I have a stomach-ache as well now just because it's par for the course I guess. Also a phone call or something that I'm going to have to wait for a half hour to get my food wood be courteous. Minimum wage, minimum service.

I have had a lot of take out... and by far applebees for affordable family takeout has been great... the food holds well in their specialized to go containers and taste good! Kudos!!

Great food, great service, haven't been in awhile, so nice treat with my youngest.

Drinks are good. I suggest the shaved lemonade or the red white and blue. Make sure to drink it quick because the colors will mash togeather leaving you with a brown mess.

This place has the best servers and very good food quality. Always friendly staff. Even though it is by a busy road inside is very quiet and tranquil. Parking is easy. It can get busy on Friday and Saturday Evenings. We usually prefer Sunday or any other Weekday to avoid the line.

A truly nice time tonight there. The food was good from the appetizer to the meal. And of course we each had a little left from our meals to bring home. As a matter of fact, I'm about to have my baby backs and a Pepsi to wet my whistle!

Shuranna was a AWESOME bar tender, however Alex was a real stickler for the RULES on drinks but she was doing her job!! Yulia WAS THE BEST HOSTESS EVER, DRESSED FOR THE SEASON!!!WILL always come back!!

Something is horribly different about the Won Ton tacos. That was really the only thing I liked to eat here. The price is OK if you like 'microwave dinner' type food. They make super typical drinks and have average beers. I do appreciate that they sub shrimp for chicken on just about anything you want to order, but now that my tacos are gone I won't be back unless I can't find anywhere else with free WiFi. Oh yeah, there's free WiFi and there's ALWAYS seating so it's a potential alternative when Starbucks is full! Some of the staff are really nice too 👍

Love coming here to eat my family every so often .

3 of us and only 1 order done as ordered. No one offered more water. The shrimp were seasoned hotter than expected. The entire floor had scrapes of food and paper bits(straw wrappers). We walked in as the 2 greeters talked among themselves and we sat ourselves. WHAT IS GOING ON!

Didn't hate it. Bartender was cold and unfriendly first time i went there. Second time i sat at a table snd the server was very nice and professional.

Excellent customer service and the food was great!

Tried one of the new bowl meals. It was good but a little too spicy. I enjoy spicy food but that spice dominated. The waitress was great. Was able to adapt one of the desserts for my friend as it was her birthday.

I love the place but the service is different the menu has very little to offer. But the pandemic is an issue.

Great food as always. Alyssa was great. Awesome job at providing social distancing during this time.

Really enjoyed the service (relaxed but attentive) and the food options are really quite good! Had steak fajitas, perfectly cooked as requested, also had oriental salad in our group that was tasty and fresh. Kid's meal Mac and cheese was decent and served quickly (a plus) and other foods were good and tasty as well (cheese sticks, spinach/artichoke dip + 2 orders of Fiesta lime chicken.Low point was the rice on both the chicken and fajitas orders - just quite unseasoned and pretty bland.Personally, I like many of the newish menu options!

What restaurant cant accommodate a party of 8 without putting them at 2 seperate tables? That was super annoying but the service was good...food acceptable.

Fun atmosphere, friendly service, good drinks and appetizers. Unfortunately my Cedar Grilled Salmon was under seasoned. The Bacon Cheddar Potatoes were delicious though! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Bourbon Chicken & Shromp. Ask for freshly cut lemon if you get it with your water like I do - mine was rather sad looking.Wheelchair rating : 5 stars Gluten-free rating : 4 stars

Best Applebee's I've went to. Amber was my server and she was amazing and really helpful while looking over the menu. The burgers and boneless wings are good. My favorite is the Mac and cheese with the honey pepper chicken tenders. Thanks for your amazing service Amber I will be back :)

Really clean, airy and comfortable experience at this location. Plus it's right off the highway! Friendly folks too... highly recommend!

We waited in the lobby over ten minutes and didn't get seated. It was maybe seven minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we were in disbelief. It wasn't very busy, but it was easy to see that the small handful of staff on site were all preoccupied and stressed out.It's insane to think that management could under staff a restaurant so bad, that even getting seating a small group on a late Monday night is too much. Avoid.

I'm obsessed with these pretzels with cheese and mustard appetizers they've got. Applebees does them way better than anywhere else I've tried them. I was coming here to pick up my friends on the way back from the Rose Festival and I called about 10 minutes ahead to see if I could get these to go. They were waiting for me when I got here. The staff was pleasant and courteous as usual and the food was amazing!

Very good service. Standard menu. One downside is no price beer menu. Tables were clean. Food came hot. Bathrooms were clean.

We had a great chicken & balsamic salad. I needed an electrical outlet for a piece of equipment and the employees, especially Kima, jumped to and help us find a table near an outlet. Very good experience.

Customer service was perfection everyone was super nice.. My steak had way to much pepper didn't ask for any. The food was Excellent.I would come back again.

The quality of food was average or below The mozzarella sticks were gummy waiter was punctual and we were not waiting on him the hostess was a Gorgeous Kind and helpful woman Don't remember her name just know she was Ukraine I think it was yula

Had a chicken Cesar salad and a margarita. Margarita was good. Chicken was nicely grilled. Not a fan of the dressing.

No body thier yet took 15 min to get the server to come over to take order and we had to ask... Hubby order bbq hamburger and i oreder baby back ribs and we did not get any napkins... There was more staff then customers

I always have the French Onion soup and as always it was great. Next time I'm there I'll get the ribs.
